The employees of the Rosenpark Klinik not only see themselves as colleagues, they feel like members of a very special family in which cordiality and appreciation are part of everyday life. We work hand in hand across teams, support each other beyond our own areas of responsibility, because we see ourselves as an organism with a common goal: the happy patient.
It is not easy to find the right staff members who share the same values and feel their profession as a vocation and meaningful activity. Shortage of skilled workers and economically turbulent times are challenges that our personnel department faces in the areas of personnel planning and recruiting. In doing so, it always listens to the concerns of the now almost 100 employees and not only takes care of the administration of the employees, but also focuses in particular on a good and harmonious working atmosphere.
